Salesforce Launches Agentforce 360, Ushering in the ‘Agentic Enterprise’ Era

Salesforce has announced the global rollout of Agentforce 360, marking what it calls the start of the “Agentic Enterprise” — a new model where artificial intelligence (AI) enhances rather than replaces human work.

The world’s leading AI-powered customer relationship management (CRM) platform said the launch represents the culmination of a year of innovation and testing with thousands of customers, including Salesforce itself.

Agentforce 360 brings together AI agents, data, and human collaboration on one trusted platform to boost productivity, customer service, and decision-making.

“We’re entering the age of the Agentic Enterprise, where AI elevates human potential like never before,” said Marc Benioff, Chair and CEO of Salesforce. “Agentforce 360 connects humans, agents, and data on one trusted platform, helping every employee and every company achieve more than they ever thought possible.”

Since its debut in October 2024, Agentforce has undergone four major upgrades — improving reasoning, embedding AI into workflows, and scaling for enterprise adoption. The latest iteration, Agentforce 360, goes beyond traditional CRM to integrate AI across every business function, from sales to operations.

The platform combines four key components:

  • Agentforce 360 Platform, an AI foundation with a conversational builder, voice capabilities, and hybrid reasoning.

  • Data 360, a unified data layer ensuring agents operate with trusted context.

  • Customer 360 Apps, connecting AI to existing enterprise processes and business logic.

  • Slack, serving as the interface where humans and AI agents collaborate in real time.

Salesforce said more than 12,000 customers are already using the system. Among them, Reddit has deflected 46% of support cases and cut response times by 84%, while Adecco has automated over half of its candidate conversations outside regular business hours.

The company says these results demonstrate how AI can amplify human performance rather than replace it — a defining principle of the Agentic Enterprise vision.
