Dr. Philippa Ross Takes Helm at WSUP Advisory, Pledges Focus on Sustainable WASH Models

WSUP Advisory, the commercial arm of Water and Sanitation for the Urban Poor (WSUP), has appointed Dr. Philippa Ross as its new Managing Director.

Specializing in global commercial consultancy services for water, sanitation, and hygiene, WSUP Advisory is committed to enhancing services for low-income urban communities worldwide.

Dr. Ross brings a wealth of experience, having spent over 20 years in the water sector across Africa, Asia, and the UK. Her tenure includes senior roles at AtkinsRéalis, where she spearheaded international development, planning, environmental consenting, and sustainability efforts.

With her extensive expertise and visionary leadership, Dr. Ross aims to elevate WSUP Advisory’s business strategies, fortify client and partner relationships, and cultivate a highly skilled team of experts and consultants.

Focusing on strategic, commercial, organizational, and management perspectives related to urban water and sanitation, WSUP Advisory occupies a unique niche in the sector.
