CASIO Opens New G-SHOCK Store in Kenya

Managing Director of CASIO Middle East and Africa FZE, Takashi Seimiya and Managing Director of TOP TIME SHOP, the authorized dealer for CASIO, Mr. Mohamed Arif, cut the ribbon to officially open the CASIO G-SHOCK store in Mombasa. The store, located at the Promenade Mall, is the first in Mombasa and second in Kenya as CASIO looks to tap into the ever-growing watch and jewellery industry in the country.

CASIO Middle East and Africa FZE recently inaugurated its second CASIO G-SHOCK store in Kenya, situated in Mombasa’s bustling Promenade Mall.

Takashi Seimiya, Managing Director of CASIO Middle East and Africa FZE, highlighted the significance of this expansion, citing Kenya’s rapidly growing watches and jewelry market as a key factor.

“Our decision to open a G-SHOCK store in Mombasa underscores our commitment to meeting the rising demand for CASIO watches in Kenya,” said Takashi Seimiya during the store’s opening ceremony.

He also emphasized CASIO’s long-standing legacy of innovation and quality, celebrating 50 years in the watch industry.

The new store features a modern design reflective of the G-SHOCK brand’s dynamic essence and marks CASIO’s 50th anniversary milestone.

Mohamed Arif, Managing Director of TOP TIME SHOP, the authorized CASIO dealer in Kenya, assured customers of authentic products amidst concerns about counterfeit items affecting the market.

The opening of the Mombasa store follows the success of CASIO’s first G-SHOCK store in Nairobi, reflecting the company’s strategic growth plans and commitment to providing genuine, high-quality watches to Kenyan consumers.

CASIO aims for double-digit growth annually in the coming years, signaling a positive outlook for its market presence in Kenya.
